Working within the Siemens styleguide, apply a simple and modern design to develop the Customer Portal (CEP) dashboard. Web designs used provide quick access links to the support tools most valued by the customers themselves.
From the dashboard, the CEP design provides a standardised and intuitive navigation style, with various call to actions throughout, and maintaining a consistent user experience.
LND supported the communication of the CEP within the Siemens business and externally to Siemens clients with a product flyer for print and digital distribution, alongside a tailored business card for the CEP team.
Additionally, LND provided a promotional video highlighting the key benefits of the CEP, including storyboarding, script writing and direction.
To further communicate the benefits and features of the CEP, a sales presentation for digital distribution was designed.
The UI design for CEP and other online sales tools were developed and built as part of the Siemens digitalisation project as a collaboration between Siemens, Laura Next Door and Laser Red.
